Opening hours 2nd floor office


Dear Owners;

The 2021 Maintenance Fee was due December 15th, 2020. Payments received after this date automatically incur a late fee of 25%

Please be informed that until further notice, the opening hours to pay your Maintenance Fee at the office on the 2nd floor will be from 9:00 am – 12:00pm – Monday through Friday.

After these hours, owners can either pay online or at the Front Desk.

We encourage all our owners to make use of the online payment option. Login as a member, click on Contracts / Maintenance Fee, click

on the blue button that says PAY.

Fill in your credit card information, the amount that you need to pay, verify that your address and country is correct, submit.  You will receive a receipt for your payment.

This receipt will show you your contract number and a contract ID number. The contract ID number is used internally only. Your contract number and Owner ID number are important that these are correct.
