Phase 2A
2024: We are finalizing the replacement of the walkway and patio pavers around the garden and pool area. The process involves removing the grass and steppingstones, taking out the old pavers, completing irrigation and lighting work, and then installing the new pavers. After this, new soil and grass is added along with the steppingstones. During this project, access to patios is restricted for safety reasons.
Simultaneously, we are also constructing new sports courts (shuffleboard, basketball, and pickleball) as well as upgrading the BBQ stations on both the south and north sides. These projects are scheduled to be completed by mid-December 2024.
Phase 2B
2025: Phase 2B is scheduled to begin mid-January 2025 and scheduled to finish mid-December 2025. This project will include replacing the pool deck pavers, renovating the main pool (which will remain closed for the duration of the project), removing the dolphin tower and bridge, installing a new slide, and making upgrades to the Pata Pata Bar. For safety reasons, the pool deck will be fenced off, but the adult-only pool and children's pool will still be accessible via clearly marked paths.
Due to limited seating around the pool deck, we encourage owners and guests to take advantage of one of the best beaches in the world: Eagle Beach!
2025: Renovations for the oceanfront units are scheduled between June and October 2025, with the Saturday section undergoing renovations in June and July, and the Sunday section in August and September. Owners of affected oceanfront units have been contacted to arrange alternative accommodations. Owners who have not responded will automatically receive the Dream Vacation Certificate through Interval International.
2026: the building located as you step out of the main lobby will be demolished and that area will be converted into a spacious welcoming courtyard. Additionally, the bays of the old Activities Center, the Gelateria, and the Art shop will be opened up to expand the tunnel and create a more improved view of the pool deck.
During this renovation period, there may be some dust and noise disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the property for your future enjoyment.
