We have put together these important notices to ensure a smooth check-in experience for you at your home-away-from-home. We look forward to your visit!

Check-in Time is 4:00 p.m. If you arrive on an early flight, please come prepared to head to the pool or beach area while you wait for the room to be ready for your check-in at 4:00 p.m. To expedite your check-in process, you can use your confirmation number to do your pre-check-in 7 days or less prior to your arrival. Check-out Time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our timeshare structure, the resort cannot accommodate requests for late check-outs. A US$300 penalty fee will be charged if not checked out by the stipulated time of 10:00 a.m.

In-house Credit Policy: Upon check-in, you will be requested to cover the visit cost and leave a credit card deposit of US$250.00 to charge incidentals to your room account (Food & Beverage, Local & International calls) or to cover any other unexpected charges (e.g. damages done in the room or to the property) Additional authorizations to your card will be requested to match your expenses.

Resort Policy:
❑ We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment by following the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for your protection and peace of mind. 
❑ Valid ID is required upon check-in. Minimum check-in age is 21.
❑ Maximum sleeping capacity of our rooms cannot be exceeded. A, B, C, F & D-units sleep a maximum of 4. No privacy in Studios. D-units garden side and E-units sleep 6. 
❑ Pool towels: Each registered guest will receive 1 pool towel card. Please return all pool towel cards upon check-out. There will be a non-refundable charge of US$ 25.00 for each pool towel card not returned. 
❑ RFID wristbands will be issued to each registered guest. It is not allowed to give this wristband to someone else. Wristbands should be returned upon check-out. 
❑ All our rooms and enclosed areas are NON-smoking. There will be a non-refundable charge of US$ 300.00 if signs of smoking are detected in the room.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on-premises or in the rooms. 
❑ Noise disturbances and/or indecent/unruly behavior including, but not limited to, verbal and/or physical aggression towards other vacationers and/or the staff, or any behavior that disturbs the peace and tranquility offered at the Resort, are not tolerated and may result in eviction following the first warning from our Loss Prevention Officers. As a member, an eviction will be followed by a recommendation to the board for expulsion from the Association with no refunds due!

Cancellation / No Show Policy:
The reservation holder may cancel a rental reservation with no penalty subject to the following:
Summer Season April 21 - December 22: 7 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled any time after these 7 days or is a No Show, a non-disputable 1-night rate will be charged. 
Winter Season January 3 - April 20: 14 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled any time after these 14 days or is a No Show, a non-disputable 2 nights rate will be charged.
Christmas, New Year, Carnival, or Easter: 21 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled any time between 20 to 15 days before the arrival date, a non-disputable 3 nights rate will be charged. If the reservation is canceled any time after 14 days before the arrival date or is a No Show, a non-refundable charge of the entire stay will be applicable. 

Pool Deck Renovation Phase 2A and 2B:
Phase 2A - 2024
Our upcoming phase 2A of the pool renovation is set to commence in late March or early April 2024 and continue until November 2024. This phase will encompass various upgrades, including replacing the walkway and patio pavers surrounding the garden and pool area, constructing new sports courts (such as shuffleboard, basketball, and pickleball), and enhancing the south and north BBQ stations. Throughout the renovation of the ground floor units' patios, access will be restricted for safety reasons. However, access to the pool deck will remain unimpeded, ensuring that the main pool, adult-only pool, and kids' pool will all remain accessible.
Phase 2B - 2025
Phase 2B is slated for the entirety of 2025 and will involve replacing the pool deck pavers, renovating the main pool (which will be closed for the duration of 2025), removing the dolphin tower, replacing the slide, and implementing other enhancements. Further details regarding phase 2B will be provided when they become available.
During this renovation period, we anticipate some dust and noise disturbances. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused as we endeavor to enhance the property for your enjoyment.
