FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
Basic Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide and coach Front Office Agents.
- Handle payroll and scheduling.
- Handle guets requests and complaints.
- Handle inventory.
Requirements
- Must be able to hold up well under pressure without losing composure and friendly attitude.
- Must be familiar with service, guest handling, administrative procedures.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred.
- Ability to motivate team members and keep working environment healthy and happy.
- Minimum of EPI education level.
- Must have a valid work permit.
FRONT DESK AGENT/CASHIER
