The Articles of Assocation of the Cooperative Association La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club

The Articles of Association or Articles of Incorporation are the legal documents that govern the Cooperative Association La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club. The Articles of Association describe the legal rights and obligations of the members (shareholders) of this Association. Amendments to the Articles can be submitted by members to the Board of Directors before June 1st of each year. The Board will then consult with the company's lawyer before including the petition to be voted on during the next Annual General Meeting. 2/3 votes of the membership must be received in order to amend and/or include an article as part of the Articles of Association.
