Reservation Condition: Cabana rentals are subject to availability and can be reserved through our official website or mobile app. Access to cabanas is limited exclusively to registered guests. Cabana rental is not available for non-registered owners. Please make sure to select the correct cabana. Refer to the layout provided above. Once booked, it is not possible to change cabanas.
Cost: Cabanas are priced at $100 plus tax per day.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by 5 pm 48 hours (2 days) prior to the reserved date will receive a full refund minus 6% of the rental fee. No Shows or late cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee. To cancel, please send an e-mail to: owners@lacabanabrc.com
Rental Details:
Occupancy: The cabana rental fee includes access for up to 4 guests.
Check-In and Check-Out: Cabana rentals are available from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Amenities: The rental includes lounge chairs and straight-back chairs.
Rules and Regulations:
Guests must behave respectfully; disruptive behavior may lead to eviction from the cabana without a refund. La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages during the cabana rental; guests assume all associated risks. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the cabana or its contents caused by their party. No refund in the event of inclement weather.

General:
Right to Refuse Service: La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations.
