Freixenet Prosecco

Freixenet Prosecco is made from the Glera grape variety, which is the primary grape used in Prosecco production. It is crafted using the Charmat method, also known as the tank method, where the second fermentation takes place in large stainless steel tanks, resulting in a light and fresh sparkling wine.

 

The wine typically exhibits a pale straw-yellow color with a persistent and delicate bubble stream. On the nose, you can expect floral and fruity aromas, such as white flowers, apple, pear, and citrus notes.

 

In the mouth, Freixenet Prosecco is known for its crisp and refreshing taste, featuring a balanced combination of fruity flavors and a hint of sweetness. It tends to be lighter in body compared to some other sparkling wines, making it easy to enjoy on its own or as a versatile pairing option with various light appetizers, salads, seafood, and Asian cuisine.
